I'm Vancouver as well. Will the invite be for the city we are in (mine would be Calgary) or will it be under the processing center (mine is Vancouver)

It is processing Center and last few updates happened in bulk for Vancouver region like the test invite and all status to complete.
Did anyone notice the portal down since morning? I see people commenting update in portal, but it is down for me.. Did they block my IP due to lot of tries lol?

Vancouver office. It is frustrating to get held up at the last stage of the process for more than 2 months.
Congrats finally.
I have a very similar timeline, applied in early Feb, AOR in mid-March, and everything went to completed on December, 23. And my office is also Montreal. But haven't got an update for the ceremony yet.
