Nope.. PR card can only be used if the second piece of ID is issued in Canada such as Driving License etc

It's old news. before online application eligibility was randomly given to people. People shared the link and everyone started applying and flooded the system. then complained that it is slow.

Just thinking when I may expect AOR?

3. Documents returned - 30-12-2022 - For reason - "You have not submitted two identification documents."

If i am not mistaken once you resend your application counter restarts and you will need to wait for a cycle when they process January applications - currently IRCC is processing applications which were received in the week of November 14,2022
