Hey guys,
I submitted Supervisa application for my mom and dad on Oct30,2022

for my mom I got 4 document shortly,
1. Confirmation of Online Application Transmission
2. Submission Confirmation
3. Client Application Summary
4. Biometrics Collection Letter

but for my dad(Primary applicant), i got only 2
1. Confirmation of Online Application Transmission
2. Submission Confirmation
NO BIOMETRICS COLLECTION LETTER!!!!

is this normal..did anyone else have similar prblm ?

medicals got approved and received PPR for both (9th Jan 2023)

Supervisa application date for my parents - Oct 29th, 2022 ( Upfront medical)
Passport Request - Received on Jan 9th for my Dad

No update on passport request for my Mom yet. I think should arrive in few days.

They are saying that they feel the docs you have submitted are not legitimate.

Are there any docs in your application which are not in proper format ?

It always better to have some sort of attestation in form of stamp/seal on the docs whereever possible like bank statements, employment letter

Everything was genuine. I did proper notary attested. I don’t know what happened. What should i do now? Is there any way to appeal?

Hi Everyone,

I want to apply for Supervisa for my mom. She visited us last year and went back now. I have few questions regarding supervisa

1) Can I apply online on her behalf? by creating the account under my name ?
2) Will I have to use the "use of representative" form to apply ?
3) Do my mom have to do medical before we apply for supervisa ? or wait for medical request ?

I didn’t submit anything extra. Just submit property, bank statements, my dad is ex army man so his pension documents and all that stuff but everything was issued in March,2022 but we applied in August 2022. Do you think that can be a reason?

I don't think date is an issue. It is possible your property amount is way more than that can be earned on a salary of an army man. I'm just guessing here. In almost all cases when they reject an application, IRCC gives very generic reason but in this case visa officer has mentioned that he/she doesn't think documents are genuine which is very concerning. What are the sources of funds? How much did you show in total value? Is your father retired or working? Is the amount too big? Is some of it ancestorial property or inheritance?

Or did you by chance submit any fake itinerary?

We have some inheritance property but we showed the value of property is very high in evaluation. That can be a reason? Also, we showed one fix deposit but we don’t have fix deposit any more. I applied gcms notes how long do you think it will take? When we should apply again?

GCMS notes take 30-60 days .. Do not apply without reading GCMS notes.
