Yeah, it certainly doesn't seem like there's any system-wide fix for applications in this state for now. I'm still trying it once per day just in case but at this point I'm pretty much relying on watching my email as the de facto tracker until one of the following happens:
- I get a response to a web form ticket and can engage with their support staff
- it spontaneously starts working (e.g. an agent checks my application and fixes it on a one-off basis, if this is what happens for people who eventually can register after previously not being able to)
- I get some email notification of test invite, request for more documents or whatever (in which case, maybe the tracker would start working anyway, if an agent processed it)
I've kind of given up submitting web tickets as I haven't even gotten a canned response, call it "learned helplessness" lol.
