TRV From Inside Canada - Normal Processing Time Has Passed

Need help!
I have applied for my TRV on Oct 18th and I am yet to recieve my PPR. I have to reach my home country on 13th December but after reading other people post I am sure i wont get my stamped passport by then. So my questions is, is it possible to submit my passport back in my home country for stamping once I am approved?

Do we get approval letter for Trv application?

My application got approved, received my stamped passport last week.

Application status changed to approved but still haven't received approval letter so just curious to know.
