I am a Paper applicant, SCR office (as seen on the test email), waiting post test completion on Sep 6, 2022. On Oct 6th, my BG went from Completed to In Progress and nothing moved since. I had given FP back in Feb 2022 so I do not know whats going on now.

Exactly, I know FP wont expire till Feb 2023, unless they take that long to respond. Do not know why it went from Completed to In Progress, not able to find others who experienced this, on this forum. What more can be required at this point?
I applied as Family. My partner's Test and BGC are Completed and Physical presence etc. are in Progress and Oath not started. I guess its waiting on my BG to move forward.
Not contacted IRCC so far, holding on till Nov 6 (1 month since BG revert) hoping for a change.
I just raised a GCMS note.
I think in some cases BG goes from completed to In Progress before DM. Soon after the oath invite is sent. There used to be a few cases like that a while ago. But iirc they were all backlogged applicants like several years.
Your case is strange. Separate GCMS ATIP for each family member might help but it's going to be some time before you receive it.

updated oct 30 was last.
AOR oct 21, 2021. Test completed August 10, test and background completed.
so when can i expect Oath?

Finally some movement in my application , 4 months after the test , all the status are completed except Oath. Parallel application of my spouse had the similar movement this week and a day after the all the status were moved into complete, she got the oath date of 22nd Nov . so I'm expecting something similar for my application. Such a relief..
