how may days it taken for till now and how may days it may take for you to process i believe toronto is very quick if i am not wrong

In My point of it is unlikely they will resume VISA services . If i am not wrong , india will decrease its diplamatic capacity in canada saying it is not safe in CANADA and they will increase the wait time further in issuing the OCI applications and i am not surprised the OCI time will go...
