Sending a letter to IRCC main office may not be effective, unless you are requesting for urgent processing and if they are going to approve that request, based on their reasoning. I think the issue is, as someone mentioned on the forum yesterday, everything depends on the agent working on your file, and unless he/she gets that urgent request from IRCC main office, the processing time will take its own time. I sent a webform asking if they can speed up the process, because I am travelling multiple times in November and December. They responded by asking me to apply for urgent processing, but none of my reasons are valid, so I never went through with it.

My oath is scheduled virtual on Nov10th. Its been a week i am not able to login. When i login, it says Loading.../ Chargement and cursor rotates on a blank screen for hours,

I have a question if anyone has the knowledge about it:
I know physical presence, language skills are all based on documents. Background check is complete.
How do they check prohibitions? Do they request police clearance from countries the applicant has lived?
In my case, I have lived in 4 countries so far (India, Singapore, USA & Canada) is this the reason it application is taking such a long time?

I don’t know how is the fucking system they are working in, you see applicants submitted in jan and feb 2022 and get the oath and some of them are fucked applicants have bad history and for security check they got it within days

on the other hand like my case, my family are all canadians wife and four kids and am pr since and applied for citizenship last
september, i did the test last july and stuck in security check and i have a very clean history

The immigration system should be updated as follows

1- formatting all the fucking staff and releasing them outside the country
2- employing new staff who knows the value of human rights
3- security system should be changed and applicants goes for security should be finched within 7 days including the holidays
4- processing duration should not exceed 90 days including the holidays

by this system canada will be lovely

when i studied discover canada actually i love canada so much and when i knew that my application stuck in security and i dont know what is go on just killing the time of my age, i started hating the day that arrived to this country

at the end the citizenship will be kept inside cabinet .

I understand what you are going through as I am struggling with the exact same thing as well.

On Sunday 4 Months since Test completed. Since then the following are 'In Progress':
*Physical Presence
*Language
*Prohibitions

Not Started:
*Oath

Really at a loss to understand what the hell is happening (pardon the language). So angry and frustrated. My enthusiasm for getting citizenship is waning by the day.

My oath ceremony has been scheduled for Dec 6th. Unfortunately, I will have to request for it to be postponed as I have to travel in December and will be back only in February

Timeline below for the interested -

Nov 4, 2022 - Scheduled for Citizenship oath (Dec 6, 2022)
Nov 2, 2022 - Activity status updated: Citizenship oath status has been updated to In progress.
Oct 31, 2022 - Physical presence, Prohibitions and Language skills - Completed
Aug 2, 2022 - Activity status updated: Citizenship test

same here.. my oath is scheduled for Nov 22nd and I'm unable to open the tracker...

No harm in trying... lol. The other option is continue to just wait.
