Oh, I see. It looks like you were struggling with the October 7 update. Everyone had to change their password after October 7 and everyone got that ghost update. Glad that the problem got resolved.Thank you. That didnt work and I tried on different browsers which I have not used before. Tried to reset password again and as their page now says so when trying to login post Oct 13th. New password finally worked. No changes but there is a ghost update on Oct 8th which I didnt have when I logged all of last month but is showing now.
