not very sure, but even paper applications have slowed down, not sure if it is a system issue but hope it does not extend till end of the year

Not yet, Still waiting... I filled webform and decided if they dont reply me then I will give my exam on 2 Nov..

What's your test window? You might see some movemnent only towards the end of the test window depending on the office.

I called RCPM on the 6th of October and they told me the FP were sent to IRCC on the 6th of September. The agent also informed me that since a month has passed we can request that they re-send it and I said sure.
