Today I got the test invitation email to do between 28oct and 17 Nov.
But my BC not complete yet is that normal ?

I called RCPM on the 6th of October and they told me the FP were sent to IRCC on the 6th of September. The agent also informed me that since a month has passed we can request that they re-send it and I said sure.
