Highest level of education - Bachelors or Post grad-No Degree

Hi,
I got my bachelor's from India and post graduate here in Canada. What should i mark for Highest level of education? Bachelor's or Post Grad - No Degree? "No Degree" part makes me confused. It was a 2 year post grad diploma program.

Do you have an ECA for bachelor’s degree? If not, you cannot count your degree for CRS points. For now, you have a two year diploma which is not a degree.

Thanks for your reply. I do have an ECA for my bachelors. Which option would be the right one then? Bachelor's or post grad -no degree.
