Criminality passed, secured ongoing since July 2022. Ordered GCMS notes multiple times, haven’t received any yet. Not sure which agency is delaying processing of my BGC (CBSA or CSIS).

I haven't seen many of these cases, but since criminality is handled by RCMP, you might want to make an ATIP request for your RCMP records:

i order CSIS note like every month, but everytime came in the same letter saying still in progress blah blah .... and they didnt charge for $5?
It's because of the new tracker. My one year has also been completed but bgc is still in progress.
Gcms notes reveal criminality passed but security pending.. looks like a long wait!!

I have been waiting 6 months since my test was completed and updated. I submitted inJuly 2021, IP and background back November 2021, test completed April 19th 2022.....silence since!
Annoying thing is nothing you can do, MP told me its within processing, webforms and calls get generic response!
