From my experience, it is not likely since this doesn't require action. You know that BG is completed from the ghost updates on your account.

Thanks! I received an update in account that changed status from application received to application filed. So probably there will be another ghost update for BG completion whenever it reaches there.

Thanks for your notice. I wonder if anybody has backlog info for the processing offices. There is no consistency between applications and offices overall!
