Yeah, that is what my understanding was with PR application we usually get the file number. Now if I read the email correctly I do not have the file number, however I am able to login to https://cst-ssc.apps.cic.gc.ca/en/login with the UCI and status says in progress which is kind of confusing me.

How did you create an account on the above tracker without the Application number? Its a mandatory parameter and the Application number you get to know via your AOR email.
I searched all my email but could not find the application number, now when I think I guess I got the application number may be the email got accidentally deleted. is there a way to retrieve the application number based on UCI or any other information?
Login to the tracker( https://cst-ssc.apps.cic.gc.ca/en/login ). On the Top right corner you will see "My Profile" and down arrow beside it. Click on it and it should show you the "Application Number"
Anyone waiting for Oath Letter date/Oath Ceremony date in Kitchener Waterloo IRCC Office or received it recently? It has been over a month since Decision Made (01/09/2022) in ECAS and waiting for Oath Letter. As I see many getting oath letter on almost the same day/week decision is done in ECAS.
Is Kitchener IRCC scheduling in person citizenship ceremony of online only?
Here are the timelines for Paper based application:
Application Delivered Date: 07/04/2022
AOR Date: 28/04/2022
In-Process (ECAS) date: 01/06/2022
Test/interview date: 19/07/2022 (First citizenship test link didn't work in June and have to request for new test link, which delayed test by a month)
Decision Made (ECAS) date: 01/09/2022
Waiting for next steps>

Yes, Prohibition/Language/Physical Presence got updated on 1st Sep 2022 and decision was done on same day.
Everything was completed for us on August 31 and we are still waiting for the oath.
Which office is handling your file ? Did you tried to reply to email from which you got test invitation?
Try to reply to email from which you got test invitation. They will reply you back .
