How long does it take to receive the oath invitation letter after the status has changed/oath ceremony date scheduled in the tracker

Hi all, I'm in an unusual situation. I did my test on August 9. For more than 2 weeks, my test was not updated on the tracker. I sent them multiple emails, but nothing changed until August 23, when I logged into my tracker, I saw Updated but my test still shows in progress. I noticed that the orange banner that says "waiting on you" was also gone. Now I'm in limbo, not sure if I should take it as though my test was updated even though it still shows in progress. Has anyone been in this situation before? Any suggestions?

Rookie numbers. I check like 10 times a day, even though I'm super-busy. It's become muscle memory. Unlock phone -> Browser -> Tracker bookmark -> Sigh. I've become so fast at it that it only takes like 3 seconds lol

Today the tracker shows updated but there is no change in the status, for spouse the BG changed from completed to back in progress.
Any idea why this could be happening ?

Because link and password are same but seat no are different for everyone.

Yes take it on the same laptop/webcam so that all are visible. Instead of one seat number input everybody's seat number as your name i.e. 11,12,13,14

Just saw that my Physical presence, Language, and Prohibitions are completed as of Oct 5. All that's left is citizenship ceremony (and I guess approval).

Acknowledgement of Receipt Nov 24
Test scheduled Apr 22 2022
Test updated May 13, 2022

No progress until yesterday when the 3 remaining sections were marked complete.

Now I have no idea how long for the final approval and ceremony.

My timeline is very close to yours. No update since May 4 (Test completion). Which is your processing office ?

My first experience with Montreal office was for my Express Entry PR application. It took around 1 freaking year to finalize (in 2018-2019), while others were getting PR within a couple of months. They did not even request any additional documents or anything that would cause delays. I just had to wait, and wait, and wait... At one point they made me get my biometrics done, and they asked me to do it outside of Canada? When I asked why on phone, they said they don't have the equipment in Canada. Horrible office. And now they're processing my citizenship application

haha. At least you got a test invitation but I get nothing after AOR. Landed in 2018 in Montreal as I came via Quebec nomination certificate. Spend 4 months there but could not get a job then got a job in BC so I left Quebec. I was not expecting my Citizenship application goes there for processing. I guess they will wait until the 27th month
