Hi all, if I land in toronto as softlanding, can I give an address of a friend in Ottawa for the PR card to be delivered or it should be Toronto?

Hi all, I did land in Canada as softlanding, I gave an address of a friend in Saskatchewan, for the PR card to be delivered. Now i'm in Bangladesh. Is it possible to send the PR card to Bangladesh by Courier after being delivered to sask?

No issue from Canadian side. Note, some courier companies and some countries have more restrictive rules about sending 'official' documents. Can't tell you anything specific about Bangladesh. But lots of people do this with no issues.
