VISITOR VISA FOR MY HUSBAND... need help please

My husband applied for a visitor visa on 16th Aug 2021. His biometrics was done on 1st October 2021. When we visit the site it shows under processing.
It also says he does not need a medical test or an interview. We do not understand why there is such a delay. I am a Canadian citizen and so are my children.

To date, we have not heard anything about the visa.

My question is Should we withdraw this application and apply through the NEW PORTAL?

Yes, you should reapply through the new portal. If you have further questions about the TRV, I would recommend you post them to the Visitors section of the forum (rather than here).

Hopefully you have also submitted an application to sponsor him for PR since there's no guarantee the TRV will be approved.

Why didn’t you follow this advice to reapply months ago? You were advised several times on other threads to do so.
