I called attorney and left voice mail.

Followed up with Case worker assigned to my case as "URGENT".

That worked.

Well, You should receive by EOD today per IRCC draw page in the worst case scenario.

Dang when are they gonna do a CEC only draw? Sitting at 495

Tbh, I doubt they'll ever go back to CEC only draws. Those were only implemented earlier on in the pandemic when there were more travel restrictions and they weren't letting in people who didn't already have a status. Those days are long behind us, so I would just plan on all-program draws for the future, along with whatever new TR to PR program may be announced this month.
