    Finally saw this on the GCkey account "We mailed your permanent resident card to you. Your card can take up to six weeks to arrive. " Didn't receive the email. Just logged in and checked randomly. The portal still says "in review".

    The other VOs seem to process the card fairly quickly but the Montreal VO is extremely slow. Who knows what happens with them.
