Passport Stamping in London UK

Hello everyone,

I submitted application in 25 May. I have the passport request in 25 Jul. I am living in Norway and I have to send my passport to VAC London (UK) to get my visa stamping.

1. I wonder now should I go to DHL/FedEx to send the package? and how can I check that they have received my passport and sent to IRCC?

2. If I use the service of VAC London, how can I request pick up passport? I only find the bank information to send the fees. Also, As i researched, If I send to Krakow (where I gave my fingerprint), I do not have to pay the delivery fees. Is it correct? Is it only the fee sent to IRCC, I still have to pay the shipping fee right?

3. I heard that they are very slow, it may takes up to 3 months, but my semester starts on September. Will it be okay to authorize a person to come and collect it instead? Do you have any recommendations for me to have passport back faster

the frustrating thing is there is no way to contact them. I am about to miss my flight ..

19/8. the transportation lost my passport. i just sent it back on 16/8. such a shame.
are you able to contact ircc? i don't know when should i move my flight. i book it on 8/september.

I am in a boat guys..I sent my passport in August 1st to London UK visa office for PR stamping still didn't get update..

Submitted ours 11th July.. still no update...

Got our passports back without COPR stamp since we requested for a recall. Will submit after our trip on July

Aug 8 - PPR
Aug 15 - IRCC received passport
Aug 30 - requested for passport recall (urgency due to upcoming travels)
September 9- Received back our passport without COPR stamps

We informed VO Vienna Office regarding our case.

Today my passport is dispatched finally...
Got counterfoil generated yesterday in gckey account..

Hi,
Can you share passport recall process you followed for London VO? My passport is received by London VO on 20sept and I have a planned travel on 26 Oct .
Any help will be highly appreciated
