Congratulations! How long did they give them to submit the passports?

Based on my experience it is one month.

where on the letter it says to provide PCC ? i got sponsor approval letter as well but no medical or PCC

Asking for a friend. He was raised by his brother because his parents are deceased. When filling out the PGP application, he used his bro as parent. Now IRCC has requested for proof of relationship such as family registry, household registry, school records of sponsor with name of parents included. Any one know what exactly to provide to IRCC? Thanks

Did he lie about his relationship to his brother?
When he applied for PR, did he put his brother as his parent?? Or did he put his brother as his brother.

And in the PGP, did he put his brother's name as his parent to be sponsored?

Basically, I just want to see when did he start to misreprensent to to IRCC.

Unless his brother adopted your friend when he was still a minor (after his became an orphane), if not, he cannot sponsor his brother even if his brother took care of him "like" his parent.

If your friend fit in the lonely Canadian requirement, he could sponsor his brother that way instead. BUT he does not qualify to sponsor his brother as a parent. He should withdraw his application.

You can get PCC done from here also through BLS but if he is leaving on 14th then its better to explain your situation to IRCC and ask them for extension.

Need some URGENT help. My mom received an email notification and letter in her application portal this morning. It says:

After a preliminary review of your application, the following has been deemed required:

Please provide the current residential address for yourself and your dependant family member (if applicable). You must report any changes to your address, telephone number(s) and email address immediately throughout the processing of your application.
Question: Where does she provide the current residential address?

Mom's UCI - Her Name:
> Death Certificate: Please provide a death certificate for your late spouse Dad's Name legally issued by the local governmental authorities. This must be received at this office by:

Comment: It can be provided.

My UCI - My Name:
> Police Certificate: You are required to provide a copy of your original police certificate from Bangladesh. Question: I am very confused here. Are they asking for the police certificate for me or for my mom? I left Bangladesh more than 10 years ago.

1. You have to do a webform in order to provide the change of address, even if its not, please mention that it is the same as your current one that you mentioned.

2. Ok thats great

3. It will be your mom's PCC, you do not need to provide yours.

4. Yes you can, or you can use your National ID if you have it. Expired one wont matter they just need a proof.

Since you have been here for 10 years now, I doubt they will ask for your PCC. Worst case, it might come back and ask for more information. But for now, submit your mother's one please and lets see!

How long does it typically take to issue the COPR and PR entry visa stamp on the passport once the passport is sent from VFS to the high commission/embassy? Its been two weeks and the VFS tracking still indicates "in process at IRCC office" for my parent. We are dealing with VFS in south Africa in Pretoria.

Hi everyone, We received the medical request letter for my parents today with their UCI numbers, but I still can't see the status of their application through the CIC website. There are no results. I tried with their UCI and Application number. I created GCKey that also doesn't work.
