Thank you all for your input.

They'll probably put it on hold pending litigation. Could you post the notes when they arrive? After redacting the personal information, of course. Would be interesting to see the reason of refusal and if the VO acknowledged the JR settlement or not.

It's interesting how few self-represented litigants have taken on IRCC for TRV and study-permit refusals. I think there are only two or three people who self-represented at a full trial in the last 20 years for TRV refusals and only one for study-permit refusal.

How do prefer communicating with the Registry? Email or Fax?

Thanks for the update, by the way. Don't lose hope - I know you will succeed and get your visa.

Problem with those countries is permanent settlement is close to impossible unless you marry a citizen. Racism is far more present as well, especially against South Asians.
@DesiPikachu i will share the notes here once arrive. I sent email to registy and told them still waiting for notes. Requested them to remind canadian embassy.

I read on Twitter back in May that it was taking registry 4-8 weeks to even send the request for Rul 9 notes. Even the registry is backlogged in Canada, LOL.

WHO is the one for study permit
I was wrong. It's actually 3:

It's interesting to see how short was the hearing at the first one's JR trial. Only took 25 minutes from start to decision.

She did a horrible job arguing though.

You can request your university to adjust you in sep intake once you get your visa, don't worry about the deadline.
yes ,im also thinking the same way ...will wait for few more days and then will inform the uni ...

I guess you are also waiting for Adr after reopening the file !
