Requested them to remind canadian embassy.They'll probably put it on hold pending litigation. Could you post the notes when they arrive? After redacting the personal information, of course. Would be interesting to see the reason of refusal and if the VO acknowledged the JR settlement or not.
It's interesting how few self-represented litigants have taken on IRCC for TRV and study-permit refusals. I think there are only two or three people who self-represented at a full trial in the last 20 years for TRV refusals and only one for study-permit refusal.
How do prefer communicating with the Registry? Email or Fax?

Problem with those countries is permanent settlement is close to impossible unless you marry a citizen. Racism is far more present as well, especially against South Asians.
