It takes a while.Good luck with that. I sent a webform 3 months ago and still waiting
I sent it in Feb 2021, and only got an acknowledgement 3 months later.
I never got an confirmation that they changed the address. They do not send one. When I called about a week ago though (for an unrelated matter), they had my correct address on file.
As long as you update them by webform, you have done your part. You have nothing to worry about.
For me it took around 40 days to oath invitation and will be another 20 days to ceremony so total two months
and how do you know about DM? does it show on your timeline there? or everything completed means decision made?
When everything is completed go to ECAS and check there, it appears there if the decision was made
You can consider it DM when everything except oath turns green and complete

I had my oath ceremony on July 25th. I received my citizenship certificate today. And I have an appointment to get a passport on August 29th. I was processed through the Calgary office.

I have seen IRCC marking test completed in 2/3 days, these days, which is good, earlier it used to be few days.
Hopefully, we can see similar trend in other sections too.
