I am stuck too with Security clearance since long now, last update was on March 21, 2022 when i passed test and there was a ghost update on Ap 26, 2022.
Simce then i have requested 2 gcms notes, no real updates, stuck in security, applied for 3rd gcms notes now on July 16, 2022.
Called IRCC last week, guy was not nice and kept saying no need to call as nline update is same, etc etc and ended up saying lame things, processing time is 27 months so can't really do anything other than wait.
I said many people who applied after me have taken oath, and he said he don't know and as per him 27 months is what i need to wait for and then i didn't discuss anything further him as since call start, he was talking in same tone...

I personally advise don't take it seriously it is what it is.
GCMS notes will do nothing until you work on your file yourself or wait for a snail clerk to update.
I saw on this forum someone applied in 2017 for citizenship and they didn't complete his file he applied again in 2019 or so.
Yes, they are using 27 months as a blanket to cover up as usual they do.
I sent the file on 3 June 2021, AOR 10 Sept, Test 22 Nov 2021, FP Request 13 Dec 2021, Background complete 14 Jan 2022 no update since then.
I didn't order GCMS or call or email as they are hopeless.
I sent the family application wife got AOR on 10 Sept 2021, then no news till Mar 2022 I order GCMS for her to make sure if there was anything we missed in the application but we found the application is sent to secondary VO which indicated it is moving.
She did the test on May 11th and it was updated to complete but got an email on May 26th for providing Saudi PCC in 30 days.
She replied back on the same day with the screenshot and IRCC link to the sender “I cannot provide a police certificate for the time I spent in Saudi Arabia because certificates are only available to people who have current legal residence status.” as quoted text is mentioned on their website.
VO checked her email on June 16 and on the same day all four components were completed and "Decision Made" but no Oath invite till today.
I know someone who got a Decision Made in Dec 2021 and didn't get an oath invitation till now.
It's all wait game don't hurt yourself for someone's failure.
