Other than contacting IRCC I am not sure what advise any of us can give you. Read the invite email/PDF they should have some contact information if any issue.

Did write the full name of Clerk in subject line?

Completed the ceremony!!!!!!!

Don't worry, Give it a day it should update. Call IRCC and confirm.
