Good news, I called MIFI today and they told me my CSQ was approved and mailed today!
My updated timeline, best of luck to everyone here!
TIMELINE
PR Application: 15-FEB-2022
AOR (Wife received the email): 27-APR-2022
SA (Wife received the email): 17-MAY-2022
Invitation to apply for CSQ (Wife received the email): 17-MAY-2022
Mailed CSQ Application: 19-MAY-2022
Linked Application on GCKEY: 24-MAY-2022
Credit Card Charged $301 for the CSQ Application: 08-JUN-2022
CSQ AOR (received in the mailbox): 13-JUN-2022
IRCC Letter requesting the CSQ (60 days to provide it): 17-JUN-2022
CSQ Approved: 08-JUL-2022 (Approvement announced on a phone call to MIFI)
Submitted CSQ on GCKEY portal: ????
Medical Request: ????
Also, I will scan and upload my CSQ on the GCKEY portal, since they've opened a Document Request over this for me.

I've just received my CSQ in the mail!
Already uploaded to IRCC via the GCKEY portal, I also got to know that my VO is Mississauga (it says in the CSQ).

Wow! This is great news! I should be expecting it today - tomorrow!
A little question for you… Was it difficult to upload on GCKEY?
it was easy (In my opinion), I always use Brave Browser to use GCKEY (the only browser that runs GCKEY flawlessly).
1 - I logged in.
2 - Uploaded the file (Scanned CSQ).
3 - "Success uploading the file" message in green text.
4 - Click on "Return to your Documents"
5 - Click on "Continue" or something like that.
6 - Now you will have to do an electronic signature and answer a security question.
7 - Signed it, click on "Transmit".
8 - Done! "You have successfully transmitted your additional or replacement document(s)".
9 - Click on "Exit Questionnaire".
BTW - I got 2 copies of the CSQ, one destined for me and the other one to IRCC, I uploaded the one destined to IRCC (It's just a 1-page document).
I used brave browser and still not able to link my account using GCkey :/
Make sure you are linking the application vis the Principal applicant. I did from my husband account and using the Family Patel & Application File Number option & it worked.
