So one question I had do I need to add my wife as a co-signer as she is not working right now (so no financials I can show for her) . can I just skip her and just add me as the signer

You do not need to list your wife as a co-signer, it is not mandatory to have a co-signer. (Sorry if my previous misunderstanding/question on this thread caused confusion!)
So I submitted my daughters application online last March 23, 2022 and today we received an email from IRCC to do the medical, does it means they already started processing our application? We haven't received AOR yet, but the medical form shows the application number.
And I tried to use the new online tracker if the applcation already exist, but it still doesnt.

great so its taking around 3 months to get a reply ? Also were u able to track the application now online .
Not sure if that's accurate to all.
I also got I got my sponsor eligibility friday afternoon(we got the medical friday morning).

Hello friends... Is there an option to submit dependent children sponsorship application online? Is the paper application the only option?

Hi Friends,
I am happy that my Wife's passport request came on Friday (Initial application for spousal sponsorship sent on October 2021) and at the same time worried since they missed sending my child's medical which should be done before my wife's passport submittal.
Child was born during immigration process and we informed IRCC 2 months before.
As per I know,now I should not send her passport for stamping and wait for child's medical (5 months baby) since passport request has to come together for mother and baby in my case.
Shall I send them this matter via IRCC Web form that I'm waiting for child's medical and thus not submitting her passport now.
Any help would be much appreciated

Personally I would send child's passport and docs along with spouse's - the instructions do say to send for principal applicant and all dependents. Send letter of explanation.
It may not 'work\ in the sense of getting coprs immediately but might force the visa office to pull their proverbial thumb out of their proverbial butt. And i don't seen any obvious downside. Good luck.

I had applied for my minor child's PR. The application was submitted via the new online portal on the 19th of April 2022 via the new portal. So far I haven't heard anything back from IRCC and also the "View" button is disabled. The child is in Canada on a visitor visa.
How long is IRCC taking to send the AOR these days?
Is anyone else here with a similar timeline? Please share yours to keep each other updated.

I have applied at the end of March’2022 and got AOR in June’22 but I didn’t apply at online but paper application through my lawyer.
