Hello dear members,

I want to invite my sister to visit me here in Canada. I have a PR status.
She is married and her visa application would not contain her husband’s application.
My cousin brother applied for her visitor visa along with my parents three years ago (she was married then too), her visa got rejected for reason unknown, even though my parents got their visa.
Now, I am afraid that if I apply her visitor visa alone then again her visa would get rejected since her husband is not in the application.
can someone suggest any insights for this situation?

Her husband does not need to be part of the application. She can definitely apply on her own.

What is most important is for her to show strong ties to her home country such as employment / property ownership / assets. She should also show that she has enough savings to pay for her trip to Canada.

Make sure she declares her past refusal in the new TRV application.
