My parents got there pr recently in pgp program . I have pr here in canada as well .

should i apply for her visitor visa or should i wait for my parents to come here to canada and do that for her .

Or is there any other way of sponsoring her .

You can’t sponsor her. She can apply as she is 29 years old so your parents have little to do with her file. She needs to show her own funds, ties to home country, travel history etc. to be approved.

Okay . And does that make it harder for approval as we all are pr here.
or should i look for another option like study visa. Just bcz i have heard most siblings doesnt get approval as visitor easily.

Does she want to visit or study? She needs to show ties to her home country for either visa. So yes, if all her family is in Canada that will lessen ties but he is 29 years old, not a young adult.

Either way study or visitor we want a way for her to come to canada. She did master in pharmacy there.3 year experience in lecture ship.

So decide and apply. To apply for a study permit, she will need to get admissions to a school and show education progression (another masters or PhD) and career advancement in her home country. She will need to show her own funds

For a visitor visa - strong ties to home country, travel history, funds, reasons to travel.

If you want to go with the TRV, then I would request a 3 week trip (short trip) given her ties to Canada are very strong. She will also want to show ties to her home country such as employment and assets.

If you want to go for a study permit, then she should aim for either another Masters or a PhD.

If you want her to come and stay in Canada the best option us for her to qualify for PR on her own.
