I have very long arguments Hardships, Establishment and letter from organization, friends in Canada and relatives back home. I have over almost 1000 pages of evidences feom different reliable sources. I am from third world country.

This is also the one refused my application. Are they truing to refused everyone ? Like the same day same assessment ? Its impossible for them to assess case same time.

You have to get refusal arguments and reapply, showing how you addressed previous refusal grounds - next time it will likely be a different person. These cases are very subjective - even if you have all evidence in the world, the officer still has the power to refuse it. We got AIP from 3rd attempt.

You can send it to vancouverbro@cic.gc.ca and you will receive refusal notes after around 24-48h
as i said, you can apply for reconsideration or JR, if you have jr in process i think you don't need to apply for a status to stay in canada but JR will take a long time.
You can also apply for a second application.
You can also send a TRP application to restore your status, TRP application need humanitarian factors and it will grant you a temporary status, you can send a TRP ( visitor ) TRP ( open work permit ) or TRP ( study permit )

Hi, to be very clear: I did not and would not write the final sentence posted here. I have not referenced God in any way, shape or form in any posts on this site. I don't recommend it as a reliance when dealing with issues relating to administrative law.

Immigration laws, regulations and policies in Canada have been well cleansed of anything religious over the last 5 decades and my ethereal consideration for generally good people is that they have a little luck come their way. Luck appears when you drop your toast and it lands butter-side up, or when your file lands on the desk of a decision-maker who's made so many decisions that they read yours and simply say, "I've seen worse," and you get AIP.

Go take the passport and do your biometric

Hi

He was able to do biometrics with expired passport but officer who took the biometrics said that he is not sure if immigration will accept it or not and he is just doing on the basis of biometric letter.


Also, I got the final notice for biometrics request just before a day. It looks like file is in officer’s hands because there is Officer’s initial and office location and a code also. But it do not say anything like in process when i check the application status.

Can I request for reconsideration to Vancouver ?

Yes you can. However, your reconsideration may be sent to the same person. We did send reconsideration to Vancouver after first refusal, and it was forwarded to the same officer in Montreal who refused to re-open file and rejected again.

This is why third time we sent a fresh new application, and it landed at a completely different office with a different officer who gave AIP.

This is based on my personal experience.

my AOR is also from same office and it looks like everyone receives AOR from Same location.
