No , you don’t receive AOR when it is transferred to another office. You can know about the office by applying gcms notes. I never applied GCMS notes during the processing of my first application. Just came to know from the refusal letter.

Hello This happened with me also. I received the request to pay biometric fee and it have my application number on top but never received the AOR.

I already gave my biometrics few years ago, valid till Sep. 2029 but today they sent me the mail with biometrics fee request for my new application, according to new policy.
