The photograph measurements was totally wrong. I blindly trusted the photographer.
I just measure the photos with a scale and there is half inch difference showing

I got an email once the courier reached VFS next day after getting picked up. That email had an attached document which had an AWB number - this is the one you can use for tracking once the package is on the way back. Though it gets activated after 6-8 hours post dispatch.

This is the email that contains the attachment, for your reference:

"Visa Application tracking id no 20220419INIPJKT82718 has been received at the VAC on 2022-04-19 16:57:51 PM. Please find attached the e-ICR (Invoice cum receipt) for your record & reference."

Don't remember clearly but I guess it was within 4-5 hours of getting delivered

Yes, I think only IRCC CoPR copy has photo affixed to it. The client copy wont have it
