New portal. A known person applied through GCKey on 22nd Nov biometric on 29 same as mine is still waiting

did u come across any other nov 22 approvals? heard nov 19,20,21 n 22 in sequence that it y(gives me some hope that some day or other it will hit nov 28!)

I saw one on FB with Dec 28 Biometric I think they go via biometric date.

Yep.. my application is thru GCkey old portal on 4th Nov and biometrics on 14th Dec.. absolutely no updates

I and my mother applied for tourist visa on Nov 19th and our biometric was completed on Dec 15th. It has been 126 days since biometric and online it shows 117 days processing as per their current application timelines, so not sure what is wrong and how can they show less processing time when applications are waiting for longer. Anyone else from Dec 15th biometric or before still waiting for a decision?

Their timelines are tentative.. there is no way to understand the logic in which they pick the applications

1- For both the parents you have to send passport separately ? (2 AWB number will generate )
2- What you have to select for "Did you enrol Biometrics for this application? " Yes/No ? in case biometric is already done but in same VFS center

Ya. Only new portal files are getting processed.. Not seeing any gckey applicants getting results. So bad..

1) you fill one form by selecting 2 applications same address, there will be 2 awb numbers generated
2) You select yes if you gave biometric for this application. VFS center can be selected based on where you gave it

So when Bluedart will come for collecting packet , I need to prepare 2 separate Envelop ?
Yes , my parents gave biometric for this application but that is already done , then also I need to select Yes for this Question ?

yes, two separate envelopes u have to prepare

you have to select “yes”(its asking whtr u have given biometric for the kind of visa u applied), when u select yes u get to choose the vfs office where u have gone to give biometric, accordingly you passport will be routed through that vfs office

Just noticed that biometrics got updated where it said we haven't received ur fingerprints. Does it mean something ?
