I am waiting too. Looks like everyone has given up and are just waiting for it to come whenever it does. I have raised so many webforms too, tried calling them and everything and still no luck. Been over six and half months since app and five and half months since biometric.

Okay, I applied on Nov 15th and Biometric was completed on Dec 17th, review started over 3 months ago but no status change since then.

It's been over three months since the review started for me and my mom and I login and check everyday hoping some new message is there but still same nothing new every time. We don't even know at this point how many day or months more it will take for them to make a decision.

It is so frustrating, they send same standard response to every web form update request and no matter when and how many times you call, you can't talk to any agent on their toll free line. Not sure what is happening.
