Just noticed that biometrics got updated where it said we haven't received ur fingerprints. Does it mean something ?

Anyone tried accessing their applications today.. I am able to login through GC key and view my application link… when I try to check application status, getting a 502 Bad gateway error.. even new portal not able to pull my application

Happening the same with me, trying to access my father’s application in gckey portal. not able to go ahead when I click “check full application status”.

Let's hope they will start processing the Nov2021 gckey applications, including kids files.

It is so frustrating, they send same standard response to every web form update request and no matter when and how many times you call, you can't talk to any agent on their toll free line. Not sure what is happening.
