Is it , as process, one will get Test Invite only after BG verification is completed ?

I am Oct paper based applicant, AOR in Dec last week, and BG is still under process.

Our Test has marked as Completed as of March 21, 2022, but all other steps are still In Process.

if you haven't received your test invite email and your test window has already commenced, you can use this link https://ct-tc.apps.cic.gc.ca/?lang=en to start your test. This will work only if you are currently in your test window

application: nov 2020 (paper)
test: oct 2021
bg: nov 2021
all: jan 2022
oath: feb 2022

it is possible that they made a typing error on the email address and the email was sent to the wrong address (this happened with my spouse). We emailed them at IRCC.CitOnlineTest-TestenligneCit.IRCC@cic.gc.ca and they responded and "fixed" it in 2 two days.

Background verification completed, both for my wife and myself, on February 15. I expected there to be an email notification but there was nothing. I only saw this after logging on to the dashboard.

Whoever is updating the Google Sheets tracker, could you please update my entry with the above details? TIA.
