Study Permit & Down Syndrome

Hello,

I am in Canada on Study Permit on a 2 year program. I would like to bring my family. My daughter has a Down Syndrome, she is 8 years old and she is going to school back home. She does not take any medication, she is doing pretty good.
I am not sure if I can apply for study permit for Canada for her or to go with a visitor visa.
