It depends... During the online application, you will be asked to list all the dates/times and places you were inside/outside of Canada within the "eligibility period". If any of these times that you spent outside of Canada was more than 183 days, you will be asked to provide Police Certificate from the places that you stayed more than 183 days. I am in process of submitting an online application for a family member.
I just realized that "POLICE CLEARANCE CERTIFICATE" was not asked anywhere in the entire application?
Does this mean, one has to submit PCC only if asked by IRCC later during the process?
Please clarify.
