I think its perfectly normal. I sent my application around March 9th. I only got the AOR on Apr 26th. This was a family application.

Anyone without an AOR even after submitting the application in early March ? Submitted the application on Mar 9. But no AOR yet. Wondering if there is something wrong with my application.

My application is a family application (2 people with different physical present days).

I don't think it will be a big problem. (As this is for address history, it wont affect the presence calculator or anything.) May be use Oct 31 as the date you arrived in India as Canada have information sharing with USA.
