1) Lets be clear "Deemed University" are classified Deemed for a good reason and there have been many cases of fraud degrees/transcripts from Deemed Universities from India.
2) You seem to have gone through an unregistered agent, so there is no clarity on what documents the agent has uploaded. Since they are not registered by IRCC, you can't be sure and there is no recourse.
3) The fact other students from the same university have faced the same problem, shows there is a problem with the credibility of the University.
4) Number of lawyers has no significance, unless you have spoken to any Canadian registered lawyer via a paid consult. And I can't think of any genuine Canadian registered lawyer just saying they can't do much.
5) It's clear IRCC finds issue with your transcripts, IRCC has many independent field consultants who verify the autheticity of documents. So clearly, your transcript has been flagged along with other students. So either your University, or your agent, or you have submitted some suspicious documents. Since your documents were not uploaded by a registered agent infront of you, so even you don't know what was submitted, so it's hard to get to who's fault it is. So you can't say IRCC is at fault as your agent could have submitted a transcript with higher grades than your actual grades.
6) Lastly, like I said before - apotille doesn't solve anything. And you don't even know if the apotille document is the same as your agent has submitted. So hope you see the problem and understand nobody can offer you much help without seeing what you submitted and what you got apotille for.
