Hello guys .
I am student from india . I am facing some unusual problem with the ircc. I applied student visa on nov 2021 andby feb 2022 i got my ppr . Then after on march 2022 i got my passport stamped . I was about to fly in march and i got message on my gckey stating that your college transcript verified fradulant . And we advise you not to travel and we canceled your authorisation to study in canada . They gave me 10 days to reply. I asked my college about this and they seems unaware of such verification from ircc to them . I asked multiple lawyers about this and no one believed this could happen after getting visa . I then apostile my docs from MEA india and submitted declaration form from college to ircc . Now Bigger problem is that i am studying online from past 3 months . What are my chances to getting visa again.Because my 2nd semester is offline and college wont return my fees after april 2022 . How much time this process can take ? Also I am afraid of getting ban from canada after studying and getting visa . And i only find one higher authority MEA india to verify my document . So can i rely on that?

WTH? This is the first time I am hearing something like this. Before we go further what college was it? And what are you doing to fix this as you only have 10 days left?

Which transcript did they say was fraudulent? For the school you are attending now or for education you completed previously?

We have seen study permits canceled after they are approved. But these circumstances are very rare.

I have apostile the documents from ministry of external affairs . There nothing much i can do rather than this . They are the highest authority in india .

Is this a school that you attended in person for 3 years full time? Or was your school more of an online program?

Four years in person classes .

In that case I think you submit what you have from the minister of external affairs and also a letter from the school that confirms you were a student there.

I can't tell you if that will be enough. If you have more evidence to provide, then I would provide it.

@hulk358 - Can you be clear when did you receive this notice and when did you reply. As there is lot of missing information in your post for anyone to meaningfully try to help you.

1) I am assuming your orginal documents were not apostille, as you said you got it done recently and sent to IRCC.

2) You have not named your Indian Univ or Degree, so it's hard to guage if it's an issue with the Univ or specific to your case.

3) I am also assuming it's past 10 days that you were given by IRCC to reply. As apostille from Indian authorities takes a long time.

4) You have mentioned that you have already consulted multiple lawyers, it's unlikely that any half-decent Canadian lawyer would not know how to respond to this situation. So not sure which lawyers have you consulted and why they are unable to help you on this.

Lastly, just to clarify an apostille certification does not mean fool-proof authetication or that no fraud has happened with regard to your representation. You would have received details about what was found to be misrepresented. Now the onus is on you to prove it otherwise. And getting apostille is not a guranteed solution to that as it depends on the type of misrepresentation.

Was your degree really fraudulent and how did university gave you the admission if they were fake?

Also what kind of lawyer did you speak to? We’re they registered in some like law society of Ontario or something. No lawyers says they can’t help I think you picked bad ones.
