I got the same message today. A few minutes later got another message saying the application is under process at IRCC.

May be this is silly questions but please any help will be appreciated
On some another forum
People are saying there is a possibility of rejection after PPR , they are also saying incase
if your stamping is still in process, you can just login your gckey and check , it should show approved and if rejected It will show in process instead of approved.
and in my case on CIC account it is showing under process and on another portal it is showing decision made. I am really confused. On 25th Feb I received PPR saying
“ The processing of your application for permanent residence in Canada is almost complete. You must complete the following steps within 30 days in order for our office to issue your Confirmation of Permanent Residence and, if applicable, your permanent residence visa. If for any reason you are not able to meet this deadline”
And now my passport is at Delhi since 4th March.

My wifes passport is in process since march 1 st tho, i think march 1st week applicants are still waiting i think so unless people started getting it. I don't think you can't get rejected after getting PPR ( correct me if i am wrong) .

are you applying for the sponsorship PR application ?? I got a representative as well, my application is not showing that link you shared, mine is only available for the representative (gckey) and tracker appliccation is accessible for me..
Everything gets approved once they stamp the visa on the passport and dispatch it ( that's what i read on the internet)
There is no chance of rejection after ppr, the only reason why your passport is returned without stamp is wrong photo specifications, or medical expired etc etc.
When you passport is stamped with one time entry immigrant visa, your gckey would change to Approved from Submitted. You would be able to see your visa details in gckey - details like counterfoil number, expiry date etc.
The other portal status is also correct, since you have received ppr, it will say that decision has been made about your application and you have been asked to submit your passport.
You are overthinking
, just keep an eye on sms you would receive from vfs once passport is returned from IRCC. post that, within few hours your gckey status should turn into Approved.Best luck!
