are you applying for the sponsorship PR application ?? I got a representative as well, my application is not showing that link you shared, mine is only available for the representative (gckey) and tracker appliccation is accessible for me.. Everything gets approved once they stamp the visa on...

My wifes passport is in process since march 1 st tho, i think march 1st week applicants are still waiting i think so unless people started getting it. I don't think you can't get rejected after getting PPR ( correct me if i am wrong) .
