Hello,

spouse is moving to Yukon for Yukon PNP. Husband is on Dependent work permit and working in Vancouver, BC. Does husband need to move to Yukon PNP for getting nomination or he still can work in BC and getting nominated?

You can do it but if you apply with one spouse out of the province you might be denied for having weak ties to the province meaning they dont trust you will stay in the province after being nominated.
