if you have illustrator, you can write it in the form and print out.
It would look exactly the same as if you filled out in the form.

Ok, This is really stupid, how can there be one only Form that doesn't work with the digital completion.
I don't really know how to do that trick with the Ilustrator that you mention above.
I just need to finish this form to send my documents. Please if anyone knows where can I download a form that works or any solutions to this problem please reply to this.

Don't let it bother you much. You can still hand write it. It won't affect the decision.

Just do it by hand, that's what everyone else (include myself) did.

In fact, all documents can be do it by hand if you choose to do so (except for the Generic Application). If you look at near the top of the forms, they usually say " TYPE or PRINT in Black Ink"
