My daughter is just two years old but she looks like double of her age, a four year girl (height , weight and looks). Does this cause any problem in her medical or any other proceeding for their (my wife and my daughter) application ?
Please help me as i am really confused.

As long as you have her birth certificate. If they ask you to prove that she is your daughter, you can take a DNA. I am sure that a peditrician could verify if needed by her teeth or other signs that she is only 2.

Dependent child applicants are excessive demand exempt - meaning that, even if there was a health issue, it would not make her inadmissible to Canada.
