I go to log in via the BMO portal and it says I dont have a profile and need to create one?!?! Any ideas why my profile has suddenly disappeared?! Obviously would like to read messages regarding my application!!!

I tried to submit a technical issue on the CIC website and got this message:

Unfortunately, an error occurred.

Online Services / Services en ligne
System-generated error code:1OMQA60D (2016-02-14 00:00:17)

Have you tried to log in by "GCKey"?

Anyway, don't be panic, sometimes the system is in maintenance, just log in in another time. Best luck~
 
Applications that staet with W. , are not EE applications, but work permit ones.
 
Did you applied for paper based open work permit?
 
In addition to what others say, it can also be a bug- I have logged into Express Entry multiple times and been greeted with a 'Create Your Profile' screen. Log out, and for good measure, clear your cookies, and then try again. Maybe you'll find your profile then.

Hi

It is just an update done by the CIC team on your application. When you ticked box "message for updates" while creating your profile. This is called "Ghost Message" by this forum members. Whenever any updates are done in your application you will get this kind of Ghost messages.

If there is an important message, you can see there is a PDF file attached to your application when you access the CIC site. If CIC is asking for any document then you will get a mail saying that you have message and there will be an PDF attachment asking for the relevant document from you. This can be seen when you login to your account.

If you are not able to login your CIC, it is just because their server is down for maintenance. Login again on tomorrow Ottawa time.

And just for your knowledge, dont ever post anything that has not application number. That should be private for you alone...
Nobody really needs to know your application number on this forum.
