You are not eligible for Express Entry - Reapplying..

i submitted my Express entry form though it as been returned quoting 'You are not eligible for Express Entry'.

Looking at the form it looks as though I have selected that I dont have an ECA wereas i do. Do I have to submit a whole new express entry profile to amend this detail?

Got IELTS 9,9,8.5,8
8 years overseas experiance
2 year diploma equivalent to a Canadian diploma

So I have to complete the whole thing again......

Yes i am facing same problem thats why getting suggestions after that i will create EE profile..

yes we have to create a new one
